It is a versatile, waterproof (IP65) penetration thermometer combined with an infrared sensor for both contact and non-contact temperature measurements. The Testo 104-IR scans the surface temperature of individual foods or entire pallets from a distance with the highest accuracy. If a limit value is exceeded or undershot, the folding penetration probe is also able to measure core temperature. The penetration probe is always secure and neatly folds away when not in use.
