Description
The Cooper Atkins DFP450W is a fast response thermometer which is fully waterproof. It has 0.1°C resolution on a 6.4mm display with a 125mm stainless steel penetration sensor with reduced tip for even faster response. It provides a non-mercury, non-glass solution for measuring food & HACCP related temperatures at high accuracy. It has peak hold & can record maximum rinse temperatures in your process.
